Charlie Meyer is currently the Technical Director of Commercial PNT for Satelles Inc. Previously he was a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at Alcatel-Lucent/Nokia/Bell Labs (24 years), where he was a Principal Architect and SME for Wireless 3G/4G/5G RAN timing and synchronization systems. He has designed numerous GPS, GNSS, PTP, and OCXO solutions and has worked with many US government agencies regarding the dependence of telecommunications on GPS. He is a member of ATIS SYNC, a senior member of the IEEE and holds four US patents.
